SOI, author cuisine in downtown Zaragoza
SOI is born from fire, energy and movement. A personal vision inspired by the alleys of Southeast Asia, with intense flavours, smoke, acidity and freshness. Unfiltered, emotional cooking.
Located at Calle Baltasar Gracián 12, in the heart of Zaragoza, our restaurant fuses Asian technique with the finest Aragonese produce: Cinca river trout, Teruel pork shoulder, sobrasada from La Fueva, sheep's milk... Every dish tells a story connecting Aragon with the flavours of the world.
We are open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner. Whether you're planning a special dinner, discovering our craft cocktail bar or simply enjoying a unique dining experience in Zaragoza, SOI awaits you.

Where is SOI Restaurante & Bar?
We are located at Calle Baltasar Gracián 12, in downtown Zaragoza (postcode 50005). Very close to Paseo de la Independencia.
What are the restaurant's opening hours?
We are open Wednesday to Sunday for two sittings: lunch from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and dinner from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Do I need to book a table?
We recommend booking, especially for Friday and Saturday dinners. You can make a reservation online through our website or call us by phone.
What kind of cuisine does SOI offer?
SOI offers author cuisine with Aragonese and Mediterranean influences. We work with seasonal ingredients from local producers, combining tradition and contemporary technique.
